My office will be closed December 24 through December 28, 2015.
Scheduling, billing, and referral information for clients and case managers is available below. If you have any questions or require further information regarding my observance of the upcoming holiday, please do no hesitate to contact me at (775) 200-0626.
Existing Clients
- Appointments during this period will be re-scheduled at the time of your next regular session.
- I will remain available by telephone for crisis contacts as per usual.
- Billing and scheduling issues will be addressed upon my return to the office on December 28, 2015.
Case Managers
- I will be unavailable for hospital consultations during this time.
- Requests for records, authorizations, and signatures will be handled via secure communications at my discretion during this time.
- Upon my return to the office, inpatient evaluation referrals will be scheduled in the order that they were received.
- As always, provision of my office intake packet to any referred patients will expedite the intake and evaluation process.
